Al Anderson is adamant that it was his honor, pleasure, and privilege to serve 26 years in the United States Navy. After years of managing maintenance crews working on Naval aircraft, he served his last tour of duty as the Command Master Chief of the USS Nassau LHA-4.

After his career in the Navy, he became a CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) and managed 36 grocery stores for a small grocery chain, Brown & Cole Stores, in Washington, Oregon, and Montana. Long-distance facility management is one of his core strengths. He has managed his personal real estate portfolio in multiple states beginning while he served on active duty.
